What We Learned from Writing about What We Know

In spring 2019, CALI selected seven faculty members from the academic support community as Fellows for the Law School Success Fellowship, with funding support from the AccessLex Institute. Between June 2019 and March 2020, the Fellows came together three times for day-long meetings, debated, discussed, drafted and revised their lessons, reviewed each other’s lessons, and ultimately authored 35 lessons.

In this session, the Fellows will discuss how they thought about their lessons and how the Fellowship and the lesson authoring process re-energized their work in the classroom and changed their way of thinking about teaching.

You will leave for ideas to engage your students using CALI Lessons.
