Program Development for non-JD programs: Where to start?

How should we think about program development?

This session covers the following topics:

1) What topic (s) should our school offer?

2) What format should the topics be delivered (e.g. online, residential, hybrid)

3) What type of degree or certification should we offer? (e.g. Certificate, Master's, etc.)

4) What are some options as to how to test the market before developing a program?

The instructor for this session is Jason Fiske.  Jason was the Assistant Dean of Program Development at Albany Law School and Thomas Jefferson School of Law before starting at UCLA School of Law as the Executive Director of the Master of Legal Studies program.  He has successfully led the launch of about 20 non-JD programs.
