Treasures of the CALI Syllabi Commons and Course Development in a Constantly Changing Domain

Law school faculty who are teaching courses related to technology and law practice have been uploading  their course descriptions and syllabi into the CALI Syllabi Commons since the Fall semester 2015. (https://techforlawstudents.classcaster.net/syllabi-commons/).  The Syllabi Commons has a materials used in more than 60 courses.
 
So what can we learn from analysing these materials?
 
This presentation will look at the range of topics and themes covered in these courses. Noteworthy scholarly and topical resources found in the commons be highlighted.  The problem of developing course materials in substantive areas that constantly changing will be discussed.
